The II Encuentro Mundial de Asociaciones was held at the Monte do Gozo in October 2023. The CSJ was represented by Rachael Diaz-Pinto (her speech is on pp. 218-219). Two mesas redondas were devoted to the newly-founded "Europa Compostela", a European Federation of Associations (pp.53-60 and 213-224).
This was the second Encuentro Mundial, but it's rather unclear which was the first. A general search for Encuentro reveals 11 items in our Library. Possible candidates for the first are, from 1995, #01370 (BKA, under Silva Romero) and , from 2019 #06845 (PAM 1139), including speech by Colin Jones.
