Pope Leo XIII's Bull "Deus Omnipotens" announced that the body of St James (hidden for centuries) had been found in the 19th Century excavations, and gave impetus to the modern revival of the pilgrimage. This edition, also discussing the pilgrimage in the XXth and XXIst Centuries, was published as a memorial tribute to Don Jenaro Cebrian, Delegate for Pilgrimage of the Cathedral.
